A little about cooking with Jeff.

Chef Jeff was trained at L'Ecole Culinaire in St. Louis and has worked in several of the top professional kitchens in the St. Louis area.  He has just returned from working in resort restaurants in the U.S. Virgin Islands.

 I am a fan of quality!!!!   Quality of food, quality of technique, quality of my organizational skills, and lastly, and most important, the quality of my attitude.

Quality food is easy.  Fresh, ripe, and whole are always a must.  Organic or even heirloom products are of the highest quality in terms of nutrition and flavor.

Quality of technique.  This takes patience, practice, time, and understanding of the fundamentals of cookery.  Be in the moment when cooking.  Organization is the foundation of my integrity.  I provide wonderful service because I take time, effort, and passion in every aspect of my business. The end result is always the same. You will be happy and grateful for my services.

My attitude is this: Cooking is fun, exciting, and is what I do.  I get excited to see a fresh caught tuna or vegetables just recovered from the earth.  I love life, people, and cookery. I am truly grateful for my life.
